Twenty & Creek offers a variety of elegant spaces for photography and videography sessions. Located in a serene area in Sandy, Utah, our venue provides the perfect setting for capturing beautiful moments. Rentals are available by the hour, half-day, full-day, or for special events, with a minimum booking time of 1 hour.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
To secure your desired booking time and date, renters must read and agree to our terms of service. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
PAYMENT:
Payments can be made directly upon booking.

Renters must remain within the designated studio space throughout their rental period. Entrance to other private areas of the venue is not permitted.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS:
• Hourly Rentals: If canceled more than 48 hours before the booking time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for day-of cancellations.
• Rescheduling: Any rescheduling requests must be made within 48 hours of the original booking to avoid additional fees.
• Full or Half Day Rentals: Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund. Full day reschedules must be requested 1 week in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
PARKING:
Twenty & Creek provides on-site parking for your convenience. We are not responsible for any theft, damage, or other incidents involving vehicles during your rental. Please secure your belongings and park in designated areas.
LIGHTING:
As a natural light venue, lighting conditions vary depending on the time of day, weather, and season. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with lighting conditions.
SCHEDULE TIME:
Renters must arrive on time for their booking. If a renter is late, we cannot guarantee extended rental time, and no refund will be issued. Early arrivals or late departures beyond 15 minutes of the scheduled rental time will be considered overtime and billed with a 1-hour minimum charge. Setup and takedown of personal items must be completed within the booked time slot. Additional time must be requested 15 minutes before the end of your session and is limited to availability.
TWENTY & CREEK REPRESENTATIVES:

RENTAL EXPECTATIONS:
• When moving furniture or other items, please use care and do not drag pieces across the floor.
• No fires, candles, or pets.
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
• Renters may bring their own equipment and props upon approval but are prohibited from using materials that may damage the venue, such as nails or tacks. If you are planning on bringing pieces larger than a standard chair, please contact us prior to your booking.
• Any inappropriate behavior towards Twenty & Creek representatives will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.
STUDIO FURNITURE:
Our selection of furniture is subject to change. If you require a specific piece, please confirm its availability with us before booking.
CLEANING:
Please leave the space as you found it. Cleaning must be completed within your scheduled booking time. A $50 cleaning fee will be invoiced if the space is not left in its original condition. If any items are left behind, a $25 fee will be charged, and items must be collected within 48 hours. After this period, they will be considered abandoned and donated.
THEFT & DAMAGES:
Twenty & Creek is not responsible for any theft, injury, or other incidents during the rental period. Renters are responsible for any damages to the venue, furniture, or equipment. Missing or damaged items will be billed at full replacement cost.
VIDEOGRAPHERS:
While we are in a quieter area, Twenty & Creek cannot control background noise from external sources. We have taken measures to minimize echo, but some may still occur. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with sound quality.
RENTER PARTY:
The renter is responsible for ensuring that their party is informed of and adheres to the rules and expectations outlined in this agreement.
